What should I do if I want to cancel an order that has already shipped?Updated a month ago
We totally get it—sometimes plans change, and you might want to cancel an order after it’s been placed. If your order has already shipped, we’re unable to cancel it since it’s already in transit. But don’t worry, we’ve still got options!
Here’s what you can do:
1. Wait for your order to arrive:
Once it’s delivered, you’re welcome to return any unopened products in their original condition for a refund.
2. Start a return:
Per our refund / return policy listed on our FAQ Page, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once you've purchased your shipping label, please email us the carrier name and tracking number at [email protected].
Refunds will be issued once the return is received and may take 2-10 business days to reflect.
If we do not receive return tracking information via email your return WILL NOT be refunded.
