What is Plant People Rewards?

Plant People Rewards is a free loyalty program. For every dollar spent you get one point. Points can be redeemed for discounts on one-time purchases or on subscriptions! Click here to learn more about rewards.

What do Plant People Rewards members get?

Members will automatically earn 20 points when they create an account and will earn points on every purchase to redeem for discounts. As mentioned above, for every dollar spent you earn 1 point. For each tier you earn, your point multiplier with increase as shown below:

Tier 1: Rewards Member = 1x point multiplier
Tier 2: Silver Member = 1.2 point multiplier
Tier 3: Gold Member = 1.5 point multiplier

How do I join the loyalty program?

You can join the loyalty program by creating an account. The account avatar tab is in the upper right-hand corner of the website, just click it and create your account. You will get 20 points automatically added to your account.

How do I apply my points to my subscription delivery?

If you're already a rewards member and you want to apply your points to a subscription delivery follow these steps:

1. Redeem your points as usual:

Go to your rewards dashboard and redeem your points for a one-time discount code.

2. Email us the code:

Once you’ve redeemed the code, just send it our way at [email protected]. Let us know you’d like it converted for your subscription.

3. We’ll convert it for you:

We’re happy to turn your one-time discount code into a subscription-friendly version—just a little perk for being part of our loyal community.

How do I apply my points to a one-time order?

If you're using rewards points for the first time and need help, you're in the right place!

Follow these steps to use your points:

Login with your secure code.
Click the Rewards tab once logged in.
Copy your discount.
Apply your discount at checkout. (Your order total must be over $50.)
