What is Membership (subscription)?

How do I sign up for a subscription?
Go to your favorite product page, select Repeat Delivery and add your item to your cart - notice you're saving 20% per each delivery. Proceed to checkout once you've added all desired items to cart and complete your order. Shortly there after you'll receive you're first welcome message (if you signed up for emails and SMS updates from us). Enjoy your new daily ritual created for your daily health and well-being.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. Login into your account, scroll down to the Manage Your Subscription menu and select either Skip or Set next date or edit frequency. We will also send you a reminder after your first delivery about your management preferences and the provide you additional steps.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you really want to cancel your subscription login to your account here and scroll down to the Manage Your Subscription menu and select Cancel. You will be taken through an exit series with a simple question and offer before finalizing your cancellation.
Can I transfer my subscription to someone else?
Not at this time. We are working on it though, so stay tuned!
I need to change my delivery address. How can I do this?
Yes. Login into your account, scroll down to Manage Your Subscription and select Edit. There you will be able to update any account information you will need.
